Roy Coleman
As a Boulder County native, Roy started playing soccer at a young age, including playing for the Lafayette Lobos and varsity for the Centaurus Warriors. Roy received a B.S. in Industrial Construction Management from Colorado State University, and has worked in various technical roles with Ford of Germany, Oracle, and Sun Microsystems. Roy is currently a Project Engineer for Lockheed-Martin focusing on the development and deployment of satellite command and control systems. While at Ford, Roy played semi-professional Gaelic Football with the Detroit Wolftones, prior to moving overseas to live in Germany.
Roy and his wife, Briene, returned to Lafayette to raise their three children. Roy became involved in coaching soccer through the Lafayette Rec Center, where he coached his daughters until U9. The Coleman family transitioned jointly to Trebol, and Roy eventually became an assistant and head coach. Roy joined the Board in 2012, became Secretary soon after, and assumed the role of President of the Board in 2013. Roy continues to coach his daughter's U12 girls' team for Trebol.
